MFSI Home Office Update

 

Well, we have finally put the month of May behind us and are welcoming June in with warmth and sunshine in Joplin, MO!  We are also coming along with our new office.  Below are just a few things that we would like to keep you updated with...
 
1.  Please begin submitting ALL of your business back to the MFSI Home Office via scan/email as our phone/fax lines will remain down until June 6th.  Although we are working in a limited capacity this allows us to get back to "normal" and we welcome anything that is "normal" with open arms!
 
2.  We also continue to encourage you to contact us by email.  We do have one phone line that is forwarded to an alternate cell phone if you would like to reach the MFSI Home Office at (417) 623-9500. If you send us an email please be assured that we will respond to you.  Because we are working in a limited capacity it is taking us just a little longer to respond, but we will get back with you.  We appreciate how patient everyone has been.
 
3.  Also, begin using our new address immediately as we are able to receive items by mail, FedEx, UPS, etc. at MidAmerica Financial Services, Inc., 2230 East 32nd Street, Suite B, Joplin, MO 64804.  (Remember to update the MFSI Home Office address on all of your marketing materials, disclosures, letterhead, envelopes, etc).
